Ron Bloecker presently serves as the Senior Underwriter for Fidelity National Title’s Nevada operations. He garners over 37 years of experience in the title insurance and escrow industry. Ron also maintains the role as the Advisory Title Officer for the Fidelity Family of Companies in Clark County, Nevada, which includes Chicago Title, TICOR Title, Lawyers Title and Commonwealth Land Title.

He continues in his capacity as a Closing officer and coordinates real property closing throughout the United States having closed transactions in more than 30 different states. During his profession career he has held positions as an Escrow Officer, Title Officer, Escrow Manager, Title Operations Manager and Claims Officer.

Ron received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California (1974) and a Masters of Administration from the University of California, at Riverside (1976). His industry and community involvement include serving as Past President and member of the Santa Barbara Community Housing Corporation, Senior Certified Escrow Officer in the State of Nevada, Member and past Officer of the Southern Nevada Escrow Association, Member of Nevada Escrow Association, Member of American Escrow Association Representative Member of the Nevada Land Title Association. Ron is a self-proprietor offering consulting and expert witness services on real estate title and escrow issues.
