A competitive and adventurous nature has driven Karen’s professional endeavors, propelling her to consistent success. She launched her career in title after graduating with a degree in Communications from Texas A&M University, where the scholarship student played on the school’s championship softball team.

Working her way from the ground-up, Karen delved into many facets of the title industry including searching and examining before accepting a position as a commercial title officer. She went on to earn a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Real Estate, and later transitioned to underwriting and management roles. As Executive Vice

President, Regional Manager for Fidelity National Title Group, she now oversees national commercial and builder operations throughout California, Nevada, and Washington.
