Shelly Blair brings 39 years of title and escrow industry experience, including 20 years with Fidelity National Title. As Vice President and Southwest Regional Escrow Manager, she oversees three escrow operations, leading teams while managing staffing, training, compliance, profitability, and overall performance. She works closely with sales and senior leadership to support growth, operational efficiency, risk management, and exceptional customer service.

Known for being dedicated, driven, and dependable, Shelly leads by example and takes pride in supporting the people around her. Her commitment to accuracy and operational excellence has earned her the Multi-Star Award for consistently outstanding results on OSTA and COSTA operational audits. She has also completed the FNF Leadership Coaching Program, further strengthening her leadership and coaching skills.

Originally from Orange County, California, Shelly now calls Nampa, Idaho home. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, movies, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue growing as a leader, with the professional goal of becoming a County Manager and helping drive the continued success of both her people and the company.
